I’m not Italian, but I do love Italy — and the Italian culture.

What I’ve always admired is the country’s deep commitment to craftsmanship, whether it’s in art, luxury goods, or, yes, food.

When I was in Milan recently, I went straight to one of my favorite restaurants.

They make the perfect spaghetti with cherry tomato sauce. Every. Single. Time.

They don’t try to be everything to everyone. They know their niche, they understand their market, and they deliver it flawlessly. That’s why I keep coming back.

I wish more law firms embraced the same philosophy:

Know your specialty and own it.

Understand your market and what clients truly value.

Deliver with excellence — consistently.

Whether it’s a perfectly tailored suit, a Renaissance painting, or a plate of spaghetti in Milan, the magic lies in focus and mastery.

What’s the “perfect spaghetti” in your business?

Note – most people take photos of their food before they begin to eat it. I did not. This was too good, and I had to dive in. And for an aperitif – for me nothing beats an ice cold Lemonata.
